Drum Tab: Behold the Wicked Man

You can stream this song at http://www.undertheroseband.com

The first incarnation of the drum part for "Behold the Wicked Man" was a lot simpler: pretty much just banging on the toms on 1, 2, 3, and 4. Aaron suggested that a more involved drum part would liven things up a bit, so I gave a shot. It was no surprise that he was correct and below is what ended up on the album. (Aaron's note: The inspiration for this drum part was "My Hero" by Foo Fighters.)

I'm glad Aaron was there to snap me out of my software engineering mindset, where principles like KISS (keep it simple, stupid) rule the day!

Disclaimer

I don't pretend to think that any of the drum parts I write are particularly innovative or difficult. However, I hope that beginners will find the tablature useful and, perhaps, more seasoned drummers will find it convenient.
